LaCracha Holley CPC, began cooking and baking at a very young age. Feeling called as an adult to pursue her childhood hobby and love full time, LaCracha left her career in Corporate America as a Marketing Analyst to pursue her baking business.  LaCracha has since graduated from culinary school with a degree in bakery/pastry, received her pastry chef certification, and taken numerous additional specialty sugar art and cake decorating classes.  She has worked as Assistant Pastry Chef at a major University.  LaCracha now works full-time as owner of LaCracha's Creations, specializing in Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, and Specialty Cakes.  Her goal and mission is to create beautiful cakes from scratch that taste good!!!
